As a general overview, Milk River Outfitters is a full service guide team in Northeastern Montana. We, at Milk River Outfitters, hold service as our
most noteworthy mission. We offer 100% fair chase big game hunting for Whitetail Deer, Mule Deer, Rocky Mountain Elk, and Pronghorn Antelope.
Additionally, we provide some of the best services for upland bird hunts, waterfowling, and antler shed hunts in the United States.
Our Big Game pricing includes all meals (we eat very well), 2 x 1 guiding , and lodging. The lodging varies from hunt area to area and we constantly
strive to ensure that all of our guests are comfortable. Milk River Outfitters does not charge trophy taxes or kill fees. The State of Montana has
several option regarding licensing for hunters. The first is the outfitter sponsored guaranteed license. This license is 100% guaranteed and is the
route 95% of our clients take, but is the most expensive. The cost of this license is found on our License Fees NR page. The other licensing option
is the general drawing license, which you need to build preference points for. It can also be found at our License Fees NR page.
For some of you, this may be your first Western hunt. For that reason, we would like to make several suggestions for equipment and supplies that
you should consider for your upcoming trip. Also, we would like to explain that when applying for an Outfitter Guaranteed license, the procedure
is fairly strict. Once, we receive your booking and deposit, preferable in later December or early January, we will send out the license application
and Outfitter Certification (or have you download it from the FWP or our site) and have you return it A.S.A.P. to us for review. Upon receiving both
completed forms with your money order or cashier's check made out to Montana FWP, we will send it to the Montana FWP with our signature. This must
be done in advance of the State of Montana's deadlines, which is why we suggest booking your adventure early. If, however, you decide you would rather
go through the draw, please feel free to download an application from the FWP website and follow the instructions from the State. All we ask is that
you keep us updated on this procedure so that we can help you along the way, if possible. In closing, please feel free to click on the Icons next
